Speaking after handing over the Cheque Old Mutual Human Capital Executive Rex Kadzongwe said theme is significantly relevant because it is resonating with the time. “Life is becoming increasingly tough and the economy not growing as we would have desired, and this calls for the insurance industry to quickly innovate, adapt for it to thrive and positively impact our communities. Added Kadzongwe: “This year, we are even excited that our Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Tavona Biza is among the speakers to share his knowledge and abit of Old Mutual perspective in as far as the Insurance sector is concerned in Malawi.”On his part IIM President Reuben Kamanga Kawelele hailed Old Mutual for the support. Kawelele said this year’s event will focus on new ways of doing things through prioritisation of innovation and adaptation.
