On September 13 the Henfield Fair and Show took place on Henfield Common. The event included a range of displays, competitions, and activities for people of all ages. Show winners at the fair(Image: Andrea May)Helen Boosey, from the Parish Magazine of Henfield, Shermanbury & Woodmancote, said: “The show tent was packed with entries in every category showing the best of Henfield growing and making. “There were nearly 500 entries for the show tent and stiff competition in the fun dog show. Kayleigh Peters' Clay Sculpture activity was very popular and the Spinners and Weavers had many youngsters try their spinning wheels.
