Salt Shed, which has branches in Church Street and a barbecue beach bar opposite West Pier, ranked 20th on the list put together by World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants. Food served at the restaurant includes BBQ glazed pastrami steak, burgers, chips and a range of house sauces from peppercorn sauce to chimichurri. Hundred Burgers in Valencia, Spain, came first, while Bleecker Burger in London came second. Sharing the news on social media, the restaurant said: "Last year our Salt Shed burger was named the best in the world. "Big shout out to all the other English finalists, we come up in the same streets and can confirm their burgers are delicious."
