The first taster day will take place at the Four Courts Wellbeing Hub on Thursday, September 25, from 11am to 1pm. This will be followed by another session on Wednesday, October 1, from 10am to 2pm, at the Broomgrove Community Centre. During these sessions, people will be able to try out a range of different activities, including archery, bowls, and target games. The new Age Friendly Communities Team at Hastings Borough Council is also celebrating International Older People’s Day on Wednesday, October 1.
