The flag in support of current US President Donald Trump and sporting the slogan “make America great again” was spotted in Warren Road, Woodingdean. It was also accompanied by a Union Jack, as the Raise the Colours movement continues in Sussex and across the UK and following Trump's historic second state visit last week. They added: "Talking about the Trump flag, I have no problem with the Union Jack and would rather put that alongside an LGBT flag." Although many locals have been critical of the MAGA movement online, last Saturday saw crowds flying the US flag alongside Union Jacks and St George's Cross flags outside Brighton railway station. Increased support for America has been seen in Brighton since Donald Trump’s UK state visit on Friday.
