Geshe Lhakdor, Director of the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives, visited the Dhargyeling Tibetan Settlement in Tezu to share deep insights on the Four Noble Commitments of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. He was warmly received at 11:15 a.m. by the Tibetan Settlement Officer, the Chairman of the Local Tibetan Assembly (LTA), the President of BRDL, and other local dignitaries. In his keynote address, Geshe Lhakdor spoke about nurturing the younger generation to become compassionate, morally upright, and responsible individuals. Geshe Lhakdor discussed and reiterated the Four Noble Commitments of His Holiness, highlighting its global and timeless significance. Geshe Lhakdor at Tezu and Namsai served as a deeply enriching experience for all participants.
