A Lenoir City man has been arrested in connection with alleged threats made on Tuesday at the Red Bank Driver Services Center. Casey William Smith, 41, was charged wih threats of mass violence. A state trooper said he was dispatched to the center at 4873 Dayton Blvd. He said the man "allegedly made statements in the center." He was placed in the back of a trooper vehicle and taken to the Hamilton County Jail.
