Deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office attempted to perform a traffic stop on l-24 on Wednesday evening.
The driver refused to stop and struck another vehicle on Browns Ferry Road in Lookout Valley.
The Sheriff's Office at 7:15 p.m. said:The 500 block of Browns Ferry Road is closed at this time.
Drivers should avoid the area and use alternate routes.
