CARTA is working with consultant Kimley Horn to find improvements for both the business and for its customers. Service routes will be established and scheduling will be done to match the design of the routes. Other business operated by CARTA include parking and shuttle service. Then CARTA will work to deliver the targets, highlight what is missing in the services and close the gap. CARTA submitted a $3 million insurance claim for “business interruption” due to the fire.
