A former Cleveland cheerleading coach has pleaded guilty to reduced charges. David Michael Pendergrass was initially facing four felony child molestation counts from June 2023. One case was dismissed and the other three were lowered to assault - physical contact, according to the Bradley County Criminal Court Office. He was given an 18-month suspended sentence. Pendergrass must stay away from the victims and pay court costs.
