['Daniel Hickey']
Eastern Daily Press | News
The application was to change the use of six holiday let barn conversions and two managers' houses into nine homes at Lower Wood Farm on Browns Lane in Mautby.
A document submitted with the bid said the holiday let business was "no longer a viable option" for the future of the couple who own the property and are approaching retirement.
But the plans faced opposition from council officials.
