The burglary happened in the storeroom of the Londis in Norwich Road, Wisbech, at around 12.45am on May 24. He was arrested half an hour later in the town's Hill Street, where officers saw him with the bin. While he was on court bail, patrolling officers saw him and another man acting suspiciously inside a building in Post Office Lane at around 12.20am on August 19. He tried to flee but was caught shortly afterwards carrying a bag filled with suspected stolen clothes, silicone and door hinges. “I’m pleased he has now been dealt with for these offences and jailed.”
