Emergency services were called to Bank Plain in Norwich at 3.30pm on September 11 following reports that a suspicious object had been placed underneath a car. Cordons were in place around the road, where a black Audi belonging to Bresnik Ademaj was parked in a loading bay. Two people, a man in his 30s and a man in his 50s, were arrested on September 22 on suspicion of stalking.
