The beachfront Lebanese restaurant, Byblos, unveils a refreshed menu, signature crafted beverages, and vibrant culinary nights with live entertainment. Byblos reopened its doors following a summer break, welcoming guests once again to savour the finest Lebanese cuisine against captivating views of Bahrain Bay. A newly extended terrace now offers a more spacious, immersive setting, while a refreshed menu introduces a contemporary twist to beloved Lebanese classics. Delicate cold appetisers include Eggplant Raheb with grilled eggplant, tahina, and crispy kunafa; Labneh Makdous with walnuts and dill; and Fattah Vine Leaves with eggplant, yogurt with garlic and pine nuts. The much-anticipated Barbecue Nights, featuring live entertainment, will include live stations serving sizzling Lamb Chop, Seabass, Shish Tawook, Lamb Tikka, and succulent meat Kebabs, along with Byblos’ signature Kunafa and Um Ali.
