In a video interview shared by HipTV on Tuesday, Hilda described how the incident shook her confidence while she and her team worked to cook the world’s largest pot of jollof rice. “When we had the mishap with the pot, my first few seconds, my heart was in my hands. Hilda revealed that she quickly contacted the Guinness World Records adjudicator on-site to ensure the attempt remained credible and transparent. Trust the Lord.”This marks another milestone for the chef, who in May 2023 set the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual, clocking an incredible 93 hours and 11 minutes.
