Harrell and Wilson will debate key issues facing Seattle voters from Converge Media's Black Media Matters studios. A second Seattle mayoral debate is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 2 from 7 to 8 p.m. and will be co-hosted by FOX 13 Seattle and the Seattle CityClub.
