Fay Ann (nee Janzen) Krause passed away peacefully on September 1, 2025 at the age of 80 in Mankato, Minnesota after a long battle with dementia. Until the end, Fay maintained her kindness, grace, compassion, sharp wit, and love of family and friends. Every day, she expressed joy and gratitude to all around her. Fay was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Krause; dad, William "Bill" Janzen; mom, Mabel (nee Worms) Janzen/Sawatsky; and brother, Harold Janzen. She is survived by her son, Stanton (Handan) Krause, daughter, Lana (David) Scanlan; and grandchildren, Tanner and Sema Krause. Funeral service will be held at 3pm, Saturday, September 6, 2025 at Crossview Covenant Church with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow at Mountain Lake Cemetery.
