In the 13-minute discussion, I consider the latest in Europe’s maneuvers with the Trump Administration amid Russia’s record assault on Ukrainian civilians. Putin’s attacks have opened up the space for Administration officials to go to Trump and say, “He’s not ceasing fire. What are you going to do about it?”With Trump “spinning like a weather vane”, will this work? I also consider the forthcoming Ramstein Group talks on military support for Kyiv, amid an escalation in defense production by Europe and Ukraine. I evaluate the extent of the Russian threat beyond Ukraine, including to the Suwalki Gap between Lithuania and Poland.
