Robert Molina is an attorney in private practice with experience clerking for federal judges in both the District of New Jersey and the Middle District of Tennessee. He previously served as an enlisted Marine and now continues his service as a Judge Advocate in the Army National Guard. Robert earned his J.D. He also completed a Master of Science in Global Security, Conflict, and Cybercrime program at New York University, where his academic work bridged law, technology, and national defense. In addition to his practice, Robert teaches as an adjunct professor of law and writes on topics at the intersection of national security, cyber law, and public policy.
