Former Delhi minister Satyendar Jain (File photo)In a major move against former Delhi minister and AAP leader Satyendar Jain, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has provisionally attached immovable properties worth Rs 7.44 crore. “These immovable properties belong to companies beneficially owned and controlled by Jain,” the ED said in a statement on Tuesday. Earlier, the ED had attached properties worth Rs 4.18 crore linked to companies under Jain’s control. They claimed ownership of assets worth Rs 16.53 crore held in accounts of M/s Akinchan Developers Pvt. “The Income Tax Department and Delhi High Court identified Ankush Jain and Vaibhav Jain as benami holders for the ex-minister.
