Wilmington – The Wilmington Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash. The crash occurred on Sept. 22 at approximately 2:20 p.m. on state Route 132 northeast of state Route 133 in Vernon Township, Clinton County. The vehicle operated by Hensley traveled left of center and struck Wedmore’s vehicle head-on. Hensley’s vehicle came to rest in the roadway, and Wedmore’s vehicle traveled off the west side of the roadway. Jacob Henderson, 30, of Milford, a passenger in Wedmore’s vehicle, was also uninjured as a result of the crash.
