Masemola cites phone recordsHe alleged that Police Minister Senzo Mchunu, SAPS Deputy National Commissioner for Crime Detection Lt-Gen Shadrack Sibiya, and businessmen Brown Mokgotsi and Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala were part of discussions on the PKTT’s disbandment.
The discussions date back to 6 December 2024 when police arrested another businessman, Katiso “KT” Molefe, and raided Matlala’s home, the National Commissioner revealed.
