Our apprentices work full time and participate in our audits, though their hours are not billed to our audit clients. When Jaime joined our apprenticeship program, he had been working in the blockchain space for a couple of years and already had expertise in smart contracts. Our apprenticeship program has been a successful experiment for us, and we’ve gotten positive feedback from our former apprentices (all of whom we’ve hired).
