In only a few decades, Lee Kuan Yew transformed Singapore into one of the richest countries in the world. The people living in that state are considered fellow Americans and the people living elsewhere do not actually expect the money to be repaid. If Singapore does not take in immigrants and foreign workers, Singapore country would tank.
