On Tuesday (December 31), Neil Young shared a message with fans on Neil Young Archives announcing that he would be backing out of performing at the 2025 Glastonbury Festival. The 79-year-old Canadian music legend explained his decision to not perform at the celebrated UK music festival in a short but scathing post simply titled, “Glastonbury.” We will not be playing Glastonbury on this tour because it is a corporate turn-off, and not for me like it used to be.
