She also pressed higher education institutions (HEIs) to modernize outdated systems, speed up policy implementation, and expand access to quality learning. Employers have likewise pointed to English communication as one of the most common deficiencies among job applicants. While acknowledging that improving English communication will not happen overnight, she called for sustained efforts from schools, government, and industry to align training with real-world demands.
