Oregon put up 45 points and 469 yards, while Penn State’s tackling struggled (15 misses, per PFF) and superstar pass rusher Abdul Carter was a non-factor in the backfield. That will all need to change in a big way if Penn State is to win in Saturday’s top-10 matchup in the White Out in Beaver Stadium.
