Kelowna News Two suspects arrested after series of suspicious grass fires in West Kelowna(ADAM PROSKIW / iNFOnews.ca)West Kelowna RCMP arrested two men connected with two different grass fires in the area, but there are four other fires still under investigation. Officers arrested a 36-year-old man shortly after the fire and he "admitted ownership of the fire" in a statement, RCMP said. There are four other recent suspicious fires that police are investigating. “We want the public to know we are actively investigating these incidents and remain committed to holding those responsible accountable.”Anyone with information about the fires has been asked to contact West Kelowna RCMP 250-768-2880 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
