Mr Arellano said that he is suspicious of how quickly his daughter's death certificate was prepared. According to Mr Miles, his wife was taken into surgery earlier than scheduled, just two days after an initial consultation. Despite allegedly being out partying with the surgeon the night before, Mr Miles claims his wife was persuaded to go ahead. Her heart allegedly began to slow down, however, and Mr Miles noticed a change in the staff's mood.
