(PRESS RELEASE) Sylvania – The Toledo Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a pedestrian crash on Centennial Road near Erie Street in the City of Sylvania. Donald J. Fern, age 78, of Swanton, Ohio, and Therese M. Fern, age 66, of Swanton, Ohio were pedestrians in the road. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is assisting the City of Sylvania Police Department with this investigation.
