News Headline -Taraba state governor, Dr Agbu Kefas, Tuesday, said the donation of armoured vehicles and gunboats to the 6 Brigade Nigerian Army, Taraba state command would end insecurity in the state. The donation includes specialised equipment such as mine-resistant vehicles, armored gun trucks and patrol gunboats. “Before we came on board, kidnapping, farmers, herders’ crisis and other forms of insecurity were major challenges facing the state. “Insecurity was very poor, but today, our prompt and decisive action brought about the improvement,” he said. “We have donated four patrol gunboats, four mine-resistant ambush-protected vehicles, and four Toyota armored gun trucks,” he said.
