Whew, I spent about a week debugging Tachyon's Garbage Collector (GC) using various tools and unit tests. My thesis advisor Marc Feeley asked me to make a few slides to present Tachyon's GC to the rest of our research group. This was made fairly quickly and so isn't of the highest quality, but it may be of interest to those who crave technical details.
