According to the WRC, its goal is to provide a world-class workplace relations service, along with a top-class employment rights framework for companies and their staff. Depending on the circumstances, the WRC might also provide advice on workplace relations to companies and their representative bodies, employees, trade unions, and any other relevant employee representatives. All industrial disputes in Ireland can be presented to the WRC, along with all complaints and disputes relating to employment law.
