The Restaurants Association estimate there is a shortage of 7,000 chefs within the hospitality sector in Ireland, so it can come as no surprise that Chefs are the most in-demand professionals with employers on Jobs.ie this year. The number of jobs posted on Jobs.ie in education, childcare & training rose by 40% in Q3 2021 compared to the same time last year. Experienced mechanics were much in demand with employers in 2021 with jobs in the industry up 91% in Q3 of 2021 compared to twelve months earlier.
