I check each client’s care plans carefully and see what duties I need to help my clients with. The duties range from client to client as they are specially tailored to each client’s needs. The most challenging part of my job is if a client needs to go into residential care or if one of my clients passes away, it can be quite upsetting as I can become very fond of each of my clients.
