In this Day in the Life, Dagmara shares her career journey at Applegreen, and how she started as a Sales Assistant and worked her way up to Site Manager, managing one of Applegreen’s busy sites in Enfield. I am currently working in Applegreen as a Site Manager in Enfield Town, where I oversee daily operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards of service are maintained. I went through one of Applegreen’s many bespoke L&D Programmes called the Management Development Programme and this led to my promotion to Site Manager, where I now oversee the entire site, managing staff, ensuring operation efficiency, and driving overall success.
