It's made for mobile use within YouTube Shorts, Gizmodo reports. The platform is also testing a tool named Edit with AI, which takes raw smartphone recordings and turns them into a ready-to-go first draft. YouTube is currently trying this tool with Shorts and the YouTube Create app, with select markets expected to get it soon. Not just this, YouTube is expanding a likeness-detection system for creators in the YouTube Partner Program.
