I'm dead set against constant increases as state revenue generators (TAXES), but it boggles my mind that Annapolis continues to (or potentially) increase taxes on not needed items (smokes and spirits) rather than something everyone needs and would be paid by everyone (not just MDers). Great example is gasoline. Most "git" to OC (2nd largest city in MD during the summer) via vehicle and what powers vehicles...Gasoline. It really doesn't matter if gas is a dollar a gallon or four dollars - we will pay to drive. But instead, increase the tax on something that less and less folks buy. Good news with gas prices, there will be more boats in the water in 2016...hmmm, don't know if that's good or bad for my fishin chances??? 29 days until SPRING 2016 ~BUSHMAN!~
