Yes, its time to repave coastal highway NOW so the next 5-7 years I won't have to worry about construction from the 90 bridge to the DEL line during the offseason. Still will be interesting to see if it can be accomplished prior to Mem Day weekend (which is late this year). only a couple of weeks away from our St. Patties Day Parade! ~BUSHMAN!~
