I agree with Rick: we should not remove the "Leave only your footprints" slogan. I don't think anyone sees it as a temporary "campaign" and it should remain part of OC's culture. It's an important concept and can't be over stressed. I live between 51 and 52 on Atlantic Ave, and I see that the area between the dunes and the buildings captures lots of debris as well as those weeds that drop the prickly seeds...those need to be pulled when they are in the dune passages and the walking areas before the dunes.
