Agassiz-Harrison Observer: agassiz
4th year of Pacific Salmon Foundation's map of B.C.
Some of the best public spots to watch the migration of spawners as they return back to their natal streams in the Lower Mainland can be found on the PSF's salmon-spotting map.
In Chilliwack some of the locations to watch salmon returns include the Chilliwack Hatchery, and the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve.
"Here are some of our favourite public spots to view spawning salmon," the PSF wrote about the locations on the map.
The PSF is a non-profit organization dedicated to conserving, protecting, and restoring wild Pacific salmon populations and their habitats through research, habitat restoration, and community programs.
