PENDLETON — A TikTok user in Pendleton is turning public urination into social media content, sparking a police investigation and growing concern from residents after videos surfaced showing vandalism at schools, parks and local businesses. Later videos show similar acts at Oregon Grain Growers Distillery, which sparked the business’s official account to respond on the TikTok video: “Haha, why would you drive there? Each appears to follow a deliberate pattern: late-night outings, urination in public spaces and the “Dexter” theme setting the tone. Pendleton Police Lt. Tony Nelson said the department is looking into the matter and whether the substance is actually urine. “It may also violate city ordinances against public urination.
