Apple TV+ announced that Slow Horses has been renewed for Season 7. The news arrives ahead of the show’s Season 5 premiere, set for Sept. 24. The dark comedy stars Gary Oldman as Jackson Lamb, the head of a group of British intelligence agents. Apple TV+ executive Jay Hunt in a statement: “Slow Horses has won fans all over the world with its unique mix of self-deprecating British humor and high-octane action. The series won its first Primetime Emmy Award in 2024 for ‘Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series,’ and was also nominated in four other categories.
