Lil Nas X was arrested early Thursday morning in Los Angeles on suspicion of battery on a police officer and hospitalized for a possible overdose, per ABC Los Angeles affiliate KABC. Montero Lamar Hill, otherwise known as Lil Nas X – was taken into custody and hospitalized after he was found walking in the street without his clothes on. Police said that the man – later identified as Lil Nas X — charged at officers when they arrived on the scene. LAPD said: “he was transported to a local hospital for a possible overdose and placed under arrest for Battery on a Police Officer.” Hill also punched an officer twice in the face during the encounter, according to a police source. Officers were unsure whether Hill was on any substances and/or whether he was in mental distress, and booking records were not immediately available in the Los Angeles County database.
