Christopher Meloni and William H. Macy will star in This Is Us creator Dan Fogelman‘s upcoming Hulu series set in the world of pro football. The untitled drama is written and executive produced by Fogelman and executive produced by Jess Rosenthal with David Ellison, Jesse Sisgold, and Jason T. Reed for Skydance Sports. The series was originally announced in October 2024. Set inside the world of the NFL, the series has a generational family component to it, with NFL team owner Hank Durkin portrayed by Macy, and Meloni playing the team’s head coach, Danny Roarke.
