Cinnamon Tree Bicester, in Market Square, officially opened to the public on Thursday, September 18. Ahead of its opening, bosses said they carried out a "stunning" full renovation of the unit featuring a modern interior. A spokesman at Cinnamon Tree Bicester said: "Experience the rich flavours of authentic Indian cuisine, crafted with love, tradition, and a modern twist. He added: "Our award winning chefs will blown your mind away with the flavours they create on our signature dishes." Deputy mayor for Bicester, Councillor Paul Wheatley, was at the restaurant's opening on September 18 to cut the ribbon on the red carpet.
