Despite being on Android 12+, the app is forcing me to grant it precise location permissions to discover the device over BLE. The very first thing that stands out is that the iOS app pairs immediately to the BLE device and at the same time asks for access to your location. The app works by performing BLE scanning and looking for specific device names such as "Battery Monitor" or "ZX-1689" (found in Germany).
