The Green Hop Beer Festival, organised by the Teme Valley Brewery, takes place at The Talbot at Knightwick in October. The festival runs between 11am and 11pm on Friday, October 10; between 11am and 11pm on Saturday, October 11 and between 11am and 6pm on Sunday, October 12. Chris Gooch of Teme Valley Brewery at The Talbot said: "There will be 16 beers, at least half brewed using local green hops. These hops are collected directly from the hop grower before they have been dried in a kiln. On Sunday, The Talbot will also host the Teme Valley Market, with lots of local food, drink and crafts."
