Dr. Jordan M. Shomper is assistant professor and Director of Choral Activities in the Hayes School of Music at Appalachian State University. An active guest conductor, Dr. Shomper’s recent engagements include the Vail School District Choral Festival, Tucson Tenor-Bass Festival, PMEA Berks Junior County Chorus, and the Reading Choral Society Summer Sing. Dr. Shomper holds a Doctorate of Musical Arts in Choral Conducting from the University of Arizona, a Master of Music in Choral Conducting from West Chester University, and a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Millersville University.
