Barry-based IPM Group has acquired Singapore’s Celt-tech Marine & Offshore Ltd (CTM) as part of its international growth strategy. The acquisition brings CTM’s 15-member team into the newly formed IPM Group. Randall Smith, chief executive officer of IPM Group, said: "The team in Singapore continues to deliver the high-quality outcomes and consistent successes that complement the IPM Group. Chris Lewis, chief operating officer at IPM Group, welcomed the acquisition. IPM Group, which has delivered more than 16,000 projects worldwide, aims to double its £27 million turnover within the next five years.
